We help companies focus on growth & scalability, reaching (and maintaining) long-term profitability, team building, expansion & management, perfecting customer acquisition, relations, retention & experience, sustainable revenue generation, perfecting systems & processes, and funding strategies to open more opportunities to ensure their companies are investment ready and when the time is right positioned in front of the right investors.

Launch Chix are fierce, savvy female founders who are looking to make power connections, get in the right rooms and make bigger business decisions that lead to bigger payoffs. But they need a little push in the right direction. They’re tired of traditional group coaching and memberships and want more substantive relationships. They still have lots to learn, but they are eager and ready to take action to make it happen.

By the same token, Mogul Chix by definition are high achieving women who are beyond startup but haven’t yet achieved scalable growth. And they need help in achieving it.

Women who identify with Mogul Chix don’t want a seat at the table. They want the table, the building and the block. They’re looking to build seven, eight, and nine figure companies, create jobs, make an impact in their industry and build on lasting wealth.

I’m Adrienne Graham, serial entrepreneur, investor, and CEO & Founder of Mogul Chix. My mission is to build confidence & leadership in Female Founders, and PROFITABILITY in companies they run.

I have been building and running profitable companies since 1994 when I opened my very first company (a recruiting company). I’ve served as a mentor in a startup accelerator for four amazing years, written about female entrepreneurship for Forbes, been a speaker for the Black Enterprise Entrepreneurs Conference, and graced many conference panels. I’m a published author of 5 books, a radio show/podcast host, and I’ve hosted my own web tv show and published an online magazine.

I created Launch Chix because I saw there was a gap in resources available for women of color that helps them successfully start SCALABLE and viable businesses. The information out on the social media streets is mostly horrendous and wrong. So I couldn’t keep silent.

Hell, I know first-hand how demoralizing it can be to break your neck creating services and products and trying to get yourself out there to bigger clients only to see your bank account remain stagnant. And the COVID 19 pandemic stripped away livelihoods for many people, mostly women. I want to help you get the freedom to earn money and build a company on your own terms.

I wanted to create something that would serve as a safe haven where Female Founders could come to discuss and learn about business and implement what they learn in real time to experience accelerated growth. By joining Launch Chix, you’ll get the ongoing support of the community. It takes a lot to be a CEO, but it takes a whole other level of consciousness to be a PROFITABLE CEO.

As you move up to new levels, the circle around you gets smaller and smaller (partly by choice and partly through self-elimination). It takes a toll on your mind and spirit. I know what it’s like to have to leave some folks behind. Each time I look up after a period of growth, I don’t see the same faces that were once there. It becomes lonely the higher you rise. And I never want to be the smartest person in the room.

In Launch Chix, I am solely focused on delivering powerful & measurable results; providing direct strategies to help you achieve success; open your eyes, ears, minds and hearts rethink and reimagine the ways of doing business; and making the uncomfortable comfortable. I’m building MOGULS who eventually build 7, 8 and 9+ figure COMPANIES.
